Natalie, the heart and soul behind Kirkland Compounding Pharmacy, has dedicated her career to creating meaningful, individualized healthcare experiences. Earning her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science (MCPHS) in 1998, Natalie brings over 20 years of expertise spanning retail, long-term care, and compounding pharmacy. Her vision is rooted in a belief that every patient deserves care as unique as they are, which continues to shape the pharmacy’s mission today.
Beyond the white coat, Natalie wears many hats: she’s a dedicated mother of two energetic boys, an avid gardener, an enthusiastic cook, and a passionate reader. Yet her secret joy lies in fishing and crabbing along the shores of Westport—a pastime that reflects her hands-on, patient, and detail-oriented nature.
