Natalie, the heart and soul behind Kirkland Compounding Pharmacy, has dedicated her career to creating meaningful, individualized healthcare experiences. Earning her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science (MCPHS) in 1998, Natalie brings over 25 years of expertise spanning retail, long-term care, and compounding pharmacy. Her vision is rooted in a belief that every patient deserves care as unique as they are, which continues to shape the pharmacy’s mission today.
As a founder and local pharmacist, Natalie understands the importance of community-centered care. Her extensive experience across diverse pharmacy settings equips her to address complex health needs with a compassionate, solutions-driven approach. We do not bill insurance for compounded medications, but we offer a universal insurance claim form. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.

Yes, we offer $10 standard shipping to anywhere in Washington State. Temperature controlled overnight shipping is available for $25.
We also offer local pickup at our Kirkland location in Washington State.
Ask your provider to send your compounded medication prescription to Kirkland Compounding Pharmacy. The provider may phone, fax, or electronically send (via electronic medical records system (EMR)) the prescription. Once we receive the prescription, our team will create your patient profile and contact you directly for next steps. If you have any additional questions, our customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Compounded medications prepared by a 503A pharmacy are made for individual patients and therefore are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. These customized prescriptions are produced under professional standards and regulated by the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAC), which oversee the facilities, practices, and quality requirements for traditional compounding pharmacies in Washington State. We follow strict USP 795 and USP 800 Guidelines.
