Yes, we accept payments from HSA and FSA accounts.
Yes, Kirkland Compounding Pharmacy focuses only on compounding medications.
Yes, we offer $10 standard shipping only to our service areas which include Oregon and Washington State. Temperature controlled overnight shipping is available for $25.
We also offer curbside pickup at our Kirkland location in Washington State.
Ask your provider to send your compounded medication prescription to Kirkland Compounding Pharmacy. The provider may phone, fax, or electronically send (via electronic medical records system (EMR)) the prescription. Once we receive the prescription, our team will create your patient profile and contact you directly for next steps. If you have any additional questions, our customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Compounded medications prepared by a 503A pharmacy are made for individual patients and therefore are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. These customized prescriptions are produced under professional standards and regulated by state pharmacy authorities, which oversee the facilities, practices, and quality requirements for traditional compounding pharmacies.
